Konami continues to flip flop the Metal Gear Solid V box art

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain¬†releases September 1st and Konami continues to flip flop around with the game’s box art. Tension has risen between the game’s creator, Hideo Kojima, and Konami over the past few months. Konami cancelled Silent Hills, a collaboration between the legendary game maker and Guillermo del Torro and now Konami has officially dropped “A Hideo Kojima Game” that was present on the game’s cover. “A Hideo Kojima Game” has been present on the majority of the series and many hardcore Metal Gear Solid fans are raging about the thought of not having the classic line on the cover of the amazing series. Remember folks, Kojima worked on the game regardless of his name being on the cover or not. Please do not allow such silly antics from Konami from enjoying what is most likely a contender for game of the year.
