Bethesda Shares Fallout Shelter Infograph

Fallout Shelter, the game app available for Apple and Android devices, is getting pretty popular.  Since its initial release during E3, players have logged in roughly 30 million hours into the game with over a billion sessions played.

FalloutShelter_Infographic_v10-ENOriginally intended to further build excitement for the upcoming AAA release, Fallout Shelter’s success has redefined modern marketing as players seem to have become obsessed with the free app.  It’s also garnered plenty of profit for Bethesda with purchasable in-game lunchboxes and upgrades for the players’ Vaults.

Whether the game will continue to see success after Fallout 4 launches this Fall, we’ll have to wait and see.  Fallout 4 is set for release November 10 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
