Hideo Kojima and Sony announce partnership

Hideo Kojima’s contract with Konami officially ended on December 15th and now news has broken out that he and Sony are working on a partnership which includes an unannounced game that will be exclusive to Playstation platforms.

This new partnership brings up many questions on what the legendary game director will be working on with Sony and on what platform it will be releasing for. Kojima has had a rough year with Konami making this new partnership an ideal choice for Kojima to continue his career as a game developer as he will be developing his new game with his own development team. Check out the Kojima Productions new logo that is reminiscent on the Outer Haven’s logo from Metal Gear Solid.

We at Cynosure Gaming cannot wait for Kojima’s newest game now that he is free to do as he wishes without being controlled by Konami. We wish him luck in his future endeavors as a free man.
